PearlPure Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the information provided by the client. While we take great care in our work, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or items

  • Client misrepresentation of home conditions

  • Loss or damage due to failure to disclose fragile or restricted areas

All services are subject to availability, and pricing may vary based on actual service conditions.

 

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services at our discretion. Any photos or testimonials collected during service will only be used for marketing purposes with client permission.

By booking a cleaning service with PearlPure Cleaning, you agree to the following terms:

 

📅 Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Prices may vary depending on home size, condition, or add-ons.

 

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

 

🧼 Scope of Service

Standard cleanings include kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, living areas, and floors. Services like fridge/oven interior, organizing, or pet waste are not included unless booked separately.

 

🐶 Pets & Access

Please let us know if pets will be present.

Ensure someone is home or access instructions are provided.

 

🛡️ Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed, or lost valuables. Let us know of any “do not clean” areas in advance.

 

🎥 Photo/Video Consent

If you agree to allow filming/photos for testimonials, we will always confirm with you first. No faces or personal info will be shared without your approval.
